New Hope Community Development provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to our development efforts with help from a growing list of partners.
The City of Detroit
The Detroit 0% Interest Home Repair Loans Program offers 10-year, interest-free loans from $5,000 to $25,000 to help Detroit homeowners invest in and repair their homes – promoting public health and safety, increasing property values and helping residents secure and maintain homeowner’s insurance.
Michigan State Housing Development Authority
The Michigan State Housing Development Authority partners to provide homes and preserve places for the people of Michigan. Through socially conscious lending programs, we are able to provide housing to our citizens throughout the State of Michigan.
The Ballmer Group
The Ballmer Group supports efforts to improve economic mobility for children and families in the United States who are disproportionately likely to remain in poverty.
Comerica Bank
Comerica’s success is dependent upon helping people succeed. This vision shapes our approach to community investment and guides the framework of our charitable support and community partnerships. Our community support and outreach is primarily focused in those geographic areas where Comerica does business: Texas, Michigan, California, Arizona and Florida.
National Community Stabilization Trust
The National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST), celebrating its 10th Anniversary partnering with community agencies to restore vacant and abandoned properties to productive use and protect neighborhoods from blight, will share its wealth of data.
Huntington Bank
Huntington is dedicated to increasing the availability of capital to historically under-resourced people, businesses, and communities.
Huntington committed to providing $24 billion in affordable mortgage lending; $12 billion is committed to meeting the needs of diverse and under-resourced populations.
