Our Mission, Goals and Values
New Hope Non-Profit Housing Corporation was founded in 1990 to create and implement a strategic plan for revitalizing a six square mile neighborhood of Northwest Detroit. The area is inside Telegraph Rd, 8 Mile Rd, Southfield Rd and McNichols Rd.
New Hope’s mission is to improve the quality of life for resident’s businesses, and institutions in the New Hope Community.
Our goal is to promote homeownership, provide for revitalization and preservation of the neighborhood, and instill a sense of pride and ownership in the community.
