Gerald Latham is an assistant vice president in Flagstar Bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) department. In this position, he is responsible for managing the bank's efforts to comply with this federal regulation.

Gerald has more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry and has been with Flagstar for over six years. As CRA officer, Gerald is very involved in the community. He has served in various capacities on boards and committees of several community organizations, including New Hope Non-Profit Housing Corp. and Detroit Neighborhood Housing Services. He also serves as a trustee for King of Kings Missionary Baptist Church.

A graduate of Cass Technical High School, Gerald is a past recipient of the YMCA Minority Achievers Award and the National Association of Urban Bankers, Detroit chapter, Banker of the Year Award. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Wayne State University.
